SmartLiving Workbooks

The SmartLiving Workbooks were designed for those interested in working on themselves but not desirous of entering formal session work. They are self-guided and offer inventories, challenging assignments and helpful tips and support. A fictional narrative runs throughout each workbook to help clarify and personalize the material. Workbooks can either be e-mailed to you as a PDF file or sent via the mails as a hard copy.  A private consultation with the workbook author and Institute Director, Bill Colagrande, is available for an additional fee. The Workbooks fall into either a Personal Growth or Career Growth category.

The Personal Growth SmartLiving Workbook titles include:

Fresh Start, letting go of past hurts and resentment.

Lucky You, how to bring greater good fortune into your life.

Looking Good, developing a positive outlook on life.

The Pursuit of Happiness, learning to bring more happiness into your life.

Twelve Things You Probably Never Thought about in Dealing with Loneliness.

The Career Growth SmartLiving Workbook titles include:

How to Get Along with Almost Anybody in the Workplace
